Sync Homerun events with your Microsoft Calendar

You can now connect your Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office 365, or Microsoft Exchange Calendar to Homerun, automatically syncing your interviews in Homerun to your preferred calendar.

Outlook or Exchange Calendar

The new Microsoft Calendar integration lets you connect your Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office 365, or Microsoft Exchange calendar to Homerun, automatically syncing scheduled events to your chosen calendar. This calendar can be a hiring calendar to keep the team updated, your personal calendar, or any other calendar you have permission to edit. With this integration, you no longer need to add interviews to your calendar manually — changes to the events are always updated and synced with Homerun and your calendar.

Automated Microsoft Teams video links

For remote interviews, the new integration automatically creates and adds a Microsoft Teams link for both your candidate and hiring team to use. Say goodbye to scrambling to update or find the correct link for the interview — the integration keeps the event in sync at all times, ensuring seamless communication.

Schedule candidate interviews

When you’re ready to schedule an interview with a candidate, you can create an event from their candidate profile. Use one of your Event templates which will auto-fill the title, the interview duration, the location, and add the description. All that’s left for you to do is set the date and invite team members to join the interview. The candidate and your hiring team will receive an email with all the necessary information. RSVPs to the event are automatically synced with your calendar and Homerun, providing you with a complete overview of the event.

Google Calendar

The new Office 365, Exchange, and Outlook Calendar integration complements our existing Google Calendar integration, which allows Google Workspace users to sync interviews with their preferred Google Calendar.
