The improved overview displays the most relevant information about each candidate at every stage of the hiring pipeline. Here’s what you can now see in the overview:
- Event status: Confirm whether an interview has been scheduled without switching tabs or views.
- Review status: The overview show the reviews of the stage the candidate is in. In the Application stage it shows the star-based “Application review”, in the Interview stages it shows the Yes/No verdicts from the team.
- Notifications: Quickly understand whether a candidate requires your attention.
- Tags: These are now always visible for increased overview.
This enhanced visibility allows you to assess next steps for each candidate efficiently and keep the hiring process moving.
Simpler team collaboration
Hiring is a team effort, and the improved overview ensures everyone stays aligned. When you submit your review and verdict, you can now see how your feedback compares to that of your colleagues, and how candidates compare to each other. This transparency helps collaboration, enabling you to make more balanced and informed decisions as a team.
Faster adjustments with “Edit stage”
Every hiring pipeline is unique, and we want to make customization as seamless as possible. That’s why we’ve added a quick-access Edit stage button directly within the candidate overview. This feature allows you to:
- Instantly access stage settings.
- Quickly set who should be an application reviewer.
- Quickly set up event and scorecards templates for each interview stage.
With this improvement, you can save time and keep your process running smoothly without unnecessary navigation.
