This revamped version of the candidate profile shows the most important candidate info first, followed by the next steps in the process and then the candidate’s application — all in one clear, concise overview.

Effortlessly assess new applications using our star scale rating system and include concise notes to add more context to your ratings. Plus, other team reviews remain hidden until you've completed your assessment so the application process is objective and fair.

Schedule interviews, prep your hiring team and write candidate reviews. You can now find the most important stage and interview details from one dedicated page in Homerun.

In-depth reviews (Coming soon: Scorecards)

Write detailed candidate reviews and provide a verdict for each candidate post-interview. Collaborate with your team and decide on candidates' progression to the next stage. The basic version of scorecards will be available in March, with a more extensive version launching in April where you can rate candidates based on various traits.‍
